Burzad is a village in Dhule district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 28 kilometres (17 mi) from sub district headquarter and 28 kilometres (17 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India). [1]


Demography[edit | edit source]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 798 houses and a population of 4108 of which 2105 are males while 2003 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 258 people are from Schedule Caste and 847 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
