Buana Lakhu
Buana Lakhu is a village located in the tehsil Israna of the Panipat district in the state of Haryana in India.[2] It belongs to the Rohtak division. It is located 19 kilometres (12 mi) south of the district headquarters Panipat and 189 kilometres (117 mi) from the state capital Chandigarh.[3] Vijay Malik is the city magistrate of the village. Panipat Junction is the major railway station 18 kilometres (11 mi) from Buana Lakhu. Israna railway station and Naultha railway station are the small railway stations near Buana Lakhu. Buana Lakhu is home to many national and international-level wrestlers,boxers and athletes such as Navdeep, son of Dalbir singh and Aakash Malik, son of Ajmer Singh,as well as many government officers athletes in the Air Force, Indian Navy, Army and Paramilitary Buana Lakhu was awarded as a Clean and Sports Hub by the deputy commissioner of Panipat on 15 August 2018.
