Borad is a village in Talode in Nandurbar district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 18 kilometres (11 mi) from sub district headquarter and 45 kilometres (28 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1]


Demography[edit]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 1338 houses and a population of 7017 of which 3492 are males while 3525 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 559 people are from Schedule Caste and 3589 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
