Bopkhel is a village in Sakri tehsil in Dhule district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 40 kilometres (25 mi) from sub district headquarter and 93 kilometres (58 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India). [1]


Demography[edit | edit source]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 614 houses and a population of 2638 of which 1352 are males while 1286 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 13 people are from Schedule Caste and 2429 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
