Season chronology

The first season of the Telugu-language version of the Indian reality television series Bigg Boss. was premiered on 16 July 2017 on Star Maa. Jr NTR hosted the show. For this season of Bigg Boss, a lavish house set was constructed in Lonavala. Siva Balaji was the winner. The prize money for the winner was Rs. 50 lakhs (500,000 or 5,00,000).

	Tasks	The task is to wear as much as clothes they can in a limited time given and place the entire remaining luggage in the storeroom. As soon as the siren sound rings, the doors will be locked. Bigg Boss asks Sameer to secretly prevent some contestants' luggage from reaching them.
	Luxury Budget Tasks	In this task, all the house members should make the fire lit continuously until the end of the task. After the task, the captain should give a unanimous name. This candidate can have their luggage back from the store room. (House mates passed this task and got 2800 points to buy luxury items).

	Tasks	The male contestants were asked to propose to girls, who were given the power to choose the most charming guy among them all. The first person to take up the task was Sampoornesh, who nailed the proposal, and he was the clear winner of the task. They were later given an "opportunity" to take a selfie with Sampoornesh. Chal Chal Gurram Three Participants have to ride the horse continuously and for every Buzzer, other housemates have to give a glass of water to the participants to win week 3 captaincy task. Shiva Balaji and kalpana gives up after 5hours of task Prince won the task.
	Luxury Budget Tasks	They are asked to play the roles of hunters, free animals and animals locked up in cages. The animals roaming free have to let loose the animals locked in cages without getting caught by the hunters. (Housemates Failed in this task and Lost Luxury Budget points).

	Luxury Budget Tasks	Oppo paisa vasool In this Luxury Budget Task housemates are divided into two groups: Collectors & Consumers. Consumers can print as many as oppo money in the denominations of 2000 & 5000 to use house furniture and buy food from Collectors. Collectors are the owners of the Bigg Boss house in this task. They have to charge oppo money for consumers needs and collectors have to protect Diamond in the pink room. ––> Prince Stole Diamond from the pink room secretly. At the end of the task, Consumers won the Luxury Budget task with 318,000 oppo money and won 1400 Luxury Budget points to buy Luxury items.

	Luxury Budget Task	Oppo Rickshawala Zindabad Housemates have to cycle on a stationary rickshaw and speak about the various prominent places in Telugu state of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana and elucidate about their cultures, customs. The rickshaw will travel over Vizag, Adilabad, Kurnool, Warangal and Hyderabad. The contestants will have to dance the local cultural dance of the cities they are passing through and also perform skits. The journey would culminate in Hyderabad. The contestants won the luxury budget task and treated with Hyderabadi Biryani.
