Bhadwad

Bhadwad is a village in Nawapur tehsil in Nandurbar district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 43 kilometres (27 mi) from sub district headquarter and 18 kilometres (11 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India). [1]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 657 houses and a population of 3300 of which 1569 are males while 1731 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 25 people are from Schedule Caste and 3167 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
