Bamangaon is a village in Akkalkuwa in Nandurbar district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 25 kilometres (16 mi) from sub district headquarter and 65 kilometres (40 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India). [1]


Demography[edit]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 363 houses and a population of 1721 of which 831 are males while 890 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 15 people are from Schedule Caste and 1703 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
