Babre is a village in Dhule district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 35 kilometres (22 mi) from sub district headquarter and 35 kilometres (22 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1]
Demography[edit]
As of 2009, The village has a total number of 355 houses and a population of 1591 of which 800 are males while 791 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 90 people are from Schedule Caste and 344 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
