B V Abdulla Koya (1914–1998) is an Indian politician from Kerala.

He was elected to Upper House of India Parliament, the Rajya Sabha, for five terms 1967–1973, 1974–1980, 1980–1986, 1986–1992 and 1992–1998 from Indian Union Muslim League.[1][2] He was honored posthumously for attending more than 100 sessions of the parliament.[3]
