Athikkayam is a village located in the Pathanamthitta district of Kerala State, India. It is a small village that is situated on the bank of the Pamba River[1] It's one of the 11 villages in Ranni taluk.

As of 2001[update] India census, Athikkayam had a population of 9,607 with 4,745 males and 4,862 females.[1]
