Arthe Kh. is a village in Shirpur tehsil in Dhule district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 9 kilometres (5.6 mi) from sub district headquarter and 62 kilometres (39 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1]
Demography[edit]
As of 2009, The village has a total number of 771 houses and a population of 3929 of which 2017 are males while 1912 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 358 people are from Schedule Caste and 815 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
