Arthe Bk. is a village in Shirpur tehsil in Dhule district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 9 kilometres (5.6 mi) from sub district headquarter and 62 kilometres (39 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1]
Demography[edit]
As of 2009, The village has a total number of 714 houses and a population of 3336 of which 1698 are males while 1638 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 312 people are from Schedule Caste and 470 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
