Amdad is a village in Dhule district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 18 kilometres (11 mi) from sub district headquarter and 18 kilometres (11 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India). [1]
Demography[edit]
As of 2009, The village has a total number of 188 houses and a population of 1059 of which 531 are males while 528 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 3 people are from Schedule Caste and 386 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
