Ambapani is a village in Yawal in Jalgaon district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 25 kilometres (16 mi) from sub district headquarter and 68 kilometres (42 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 128 houses and a population of 818 of which 421 are males while 397 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 0 people are from Schedule Caste and 818 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
