Ambabari is a village in Akkalkuwa in Nandurbar district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 13 kilometres (8.1 mi) from sub district headquarter and 59 kilometres (37 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India). [1]


Demography[edit]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 400 houses and a population of 1790 of which 862 are males while 928 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 0 people are from Schedule Caste and 1718 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
