Amalathe is a village in Sindkhede in Dhule district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 12 kilometres (7.5 mi) from sub district headquarter and 57 kilometres (35 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India). [1]


Demography[edit]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 374 houses and a population of 1978 of which 1037 are males while 941 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 234 people are from Schedule Caste and 442 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
