Allagadda

Allagadda is a town in the Allagada mandal in the Nandyal district of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It is located in Nandyal Revenue division.[3]

Allagadda is 112 km from Kurnool and 40 Km from Nandyal on National Highway 40.

HistoryEdit

In 2022, Kurnool district was split into Kurnool and Nandyal districts.[4]

PoliticsEdit

During the 2019 election, Gangula Brijendra Reddy (Nani) was elected as the Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) for the Allagadda Assembly Constituency.[5]

Popular CultureEdit

Allagadda is referenced, as the name of the city of the Hanged King, in the SCP Universe.[6]
