Alex Mario Ambrose (born 8 September 1982) is an Indian football player. He is the coach of India women's national under-20 football team.

In 2002/03, Alex was the highest Indian scorer in the National League scoring 7 goals in 11 matches. He is currently pursuing his AFC A License Course in Kolkata.

He has been charged with sexual misconduct with a minor player during Under-17 exposure trip to Norway and has been called back to face investigation.
