Al-Ameen Memorial Minority College, established in 2004, is an undergraduate co-educational college at Jogibattala, Baruipur, South 24 Parganas district . This is the first Muslim Minority General Degree College in West Bengal. This college is affiliated to the University of Calcutta.[1]

1. Certificate in Arabic Language
Duration: 1 Year
A foundational course designed to develop basic proficiency in the Arabic language.
2. Diploma in Functional Arabic
Duration: 2 Years
Aimed at providing practical skills in Arabic, focusing on its functional use in professional and everyday settings.
3. Diploma in Urdu Language

Accreditation[edit | edit source]
Al-Ameen Memorial Minority College, affiliated with the University of Calcutta, has been accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) an autonomous body under the University Grants Commission (India) (UGC) of India. The college was awarded a B grade with a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 2.10 on a four-point scale. This accreditation was granted on January 30, 2025, and is valid until January 29, 2030.
