Ajanti Seem is a village in Chopda in Jalgaon district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 35 kilometres (22 mi) from sub district headquarter and 95 kilometres (59 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1]


Demography[edit | edit source]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 178 houses and a population of 889 of which 465 are males while 424 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 105 people are from Schedule Caste and 237 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
