Ajande Kh. is a village in Shirpur tehsil in Dhule district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 8 kilometres (5.0 mi) from sub district headquarter and 60 kilometres (37 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India). [1]
Demography[edit]
As of 2009, The village has a total number of 256 houses and a population of 1224 of which 650 are males while 574 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 99 people are from Schedule Caste and 323 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
