Ahilyapur is a village in Shirpur tehsil in Dhule district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 12 kilometres (7.5 mi) from sub district headquarter and 72 kilometres (45 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India). [1]


Demography[edit]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 440 houses and a population of 2212 of which 1170 are males while 1042 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 441 people are from Schedule Caste and 141 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
