Release[edit]

The film was given a U/A Certificate (dated 9/02/2004) by the CBFC after deleting certain scenes. The film was released on 2 April 2004 to negative reviews and bombed at the box office with a theatrical run of 15 days in its main theatre Triveni. [4]
