Veltoor, often spelled as Velatoor, Velatur, Veltur etc.is a village and gram panchayat in peddamandadi Mandal of wanaparthy district of Telangana state in India.
Geography[edit | edit source]
It is located just next to Dindi Dam, a tributary of Krishna River. It is exactly in between Hyderabad and Srisailam on the highway. The Nallamalla forests and famous Umamaheswaram Temple are about 10 km and can be seen from the village and the nearest big town is Achampet.
