Kalmode is a village in Raver in Jalgaon district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 25 kilometres (16 mi) from sub district headquarter and 65 kilometres (40 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1]
Demography[edit | edit source]
As of 2009, The village has a total number of 590 houses and a population of 2659 of which 1333 are males while 1326 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 158 people are from Schedule Caste and 1325 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
