Palasvade is a village in Shahade in Nandurbar district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 16 kilometres (9.9 mi) from sub district headquarter and 34 kilometres (21 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 178 houses and a population of 873 of which 435 are males while 438 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 12 people are from Schedule Caste and 678 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
