Gaulkhede is a village in Raver in Jalgaon district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 13 kilometres (8.1 mi) from sub district headquarter and 50 kilometres (31 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1]
Demography[edit | edit source]
As of 2009, The village has a total number of 212 houses and a population of 1014 of which 505 are males while 509 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 150 people are from Schedule Caste and 608 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
