Puri is a village in Raver in Jalgaon district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 22 kilometres (14 mi) from sub district headquarter and 60 kilometres (37 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1]
Demography
As of 2009, The village has a total number of 176 houses and a population of 845 of which 438 are males while 407 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 45 people are from Schedule Caste and 435 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
