Gate
Gate is a village in Raver in Jalgaon district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 25 kilometres (16 mi) from sub district headquarter and 55 kilometres (34 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1]

Demography
As of 2009, The village has a total number of 658 houses and a population of 2640 of which 1391 are males while 1249 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 976 people are from Schedule Caste and 171 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
