Vadgaon is a village in Shahade in Nandurbar district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 40 kilometres (25 mi) from sub district headquarter and 40 kilometres (25 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India). [1]


Demography[edit]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 720 houses and a population of 3604 of which 1779 are males while 1825 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 39 people are from Schedule Caste and 3418 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
