Korai is a village in Akkalkuwa in Nandurbar district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 10 kilometres (6.2 mi) from sub district headquarter and 62 kilometres (39 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1] As of 2009, The village has a total number of 603 houses and the population of 2941 of which 1467 are males while 1474 are females.[1]
