Baban Paul or Sumitra Kumar Paul is an Indian politician. Currently, he is the president of Jalpaiguri District Jai Hind Bahini Trinamool Congress. He has done his B.Com. from the Jalpaiguri A.C College. He is an active member of All India Trinamool Congress.
