Next Bihar Legislative Assembly election
The Next Bihar Legislative Assembly election is scheduled to be held on or before October–November 2025 to elect all 243 members of the state's Legislative Assembly.[1][2] Incumbent Chief Minister Nitish Kumar may not seek re-election.[3]
