Ahirwadi is a village in Raver in Jalgaon district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 9 kilometres (5.6 mi) from sub district headquarter and 85 kilometres (53 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1]
Demography[edit]
As of 2009, The village has a total number of 964 houses and a population of 4325 of which 2227 are males while 2098 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 617 people are from Schedule Caste and 608 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
