Karjod is a village in Raver in Jalgaon district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 8 kilometres (5.0 mi) from sub district headquarter and 80 kilometres (50 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1]

Demography[edit]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 691 houses and a population of 3081 of which 1603 are males while 1478 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 460 people are from Schedule Caste and 257 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
