| Darshan, the abandoned child of fourteen-year-old unwed mother Sumitra, is brought up by a generous lady living in the slums. He grows up to become a fearless kind-hearted slum king who fights the injustice that takes place daily. These qualities lead him to cross swords with the local don Ambareesh. One day Ambareesh's friend dies after fatally beaten up by Darshan. This led to a friction between Ambareesh and Darshan. However, when Ambareesh discovers the truth, he helps Darshan's release from jail. Their rule in town gets questioned by a newly appointed collector. Will Ambareesh and Darshan bow in front of the collector takes the film a different turn.
