Principal photography for the film began in Nepal in July 2018[3] and was completed in Jharkhand in November 2018.[4]

First-look poster of "Sher-E-Hindustan" was released in August 2018.[5][6] Teaser of this film was released on 25 January 2019 at official YouTube sub-handle of Worldwide Records Bhojpuri, who owned his satellite rights.[7][8][9]
