Puri was born in Delhi and brought up in [[Mumbai]]. Later he acquired a bachelor’s degree in Econometrics & Quantitative Economics from [[Washington University in St. Louis]] with a minor in South Asian Politics. During his time there, Puri was a member of the Economic Council. He then enrolled in the [[London School of Economics|London School of Economics and Political Science]], where he studied statistics.

Puri started his career in 2016 as a research analyst at JLL. During his voyage of travel and settlement at different cities for education and job, Puri faced several challenges for housing, including a lack of a communication platform between residents and governing committees of communities, a significant reliance on manual work for financial management, and also he found several security concerns. This is where he found the opportunity and decided to start his entrepreneurial career. Puri founded ANACITY, a PropTech-driven community management software firm with offices in the UAE and India, in 2021. Puri is a village in Raver in Jalgaon district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 22 kilometres (14 mi) from sub district headquarter and 60 kilometres (37 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1]

Demography

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 176 houses and a population of 845 of which 438 are males while 407 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 45 people are from Schedule Caste and 435 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
