The presenter of the show, Venkatesh Bhat, is both a chef and CEO.[7] He comes from the Udupi-Mangalore belt.[7] Notwithstanding Bhat being a strict vegetarian,[7] Bhat is also proficient at non-vegetarian cooking.[7]
