Waqar Ul Fatawa (Urdu: وقار الفتاویٰ, Hindi: वक़ार उल फतावा) is a collection of Islamic legal verdicts, or fatwas, written by the Indian Sunni scholar Waqaruddin Qadri.[1][2][3] in the late 19th century.[4][5] It contains over 3000 fatwas on various topics related to Islamic beliefs, practices, and customs, and played an important role in eradicating false innovations and un-Islamic customs from Muslim society.[6][7][8] Waqaruddin Qadri was the Grand mufti of Pakistan.[9][10][11][12] The Fatawas has been published in three volume.[13]
