Mohammad Azam is a Social activist and motivational speaker .He is a resident of the Karimnagar district of Telangana State. He is a committed social activist and has been in various social service activities since his schooling. He had been an active NSS volunteer from 2006-14 during his studies ie.inter, degree, and Post graduation. Mohammad Azam underwent his NSS tenure and was actively involved in Blood donation, plantation, Maintaining Nurseries, organizing medical camps, Adoption of villages, and Whitewashing of School buildings, promotion of Government Welfare schemes, participation in official government events etc.
Mohammad Azam participated in National Integration Camps and National Youth exchange programmes in various states. In recognition of his outstanding social services, the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports Government of India conferred him with Indira Gandhi NSS National Award under the best NSS volunteer category by the then President of India Shri Pranab Mukharjee at Rashtrapathi Bhavan New Delhi i.e., on 19th November 2013. Mohammad Azam is always passionate about taking part in social services.
Mohammad Azam is a founder of a Non-Governmental Organization i.e., Dharti Bachao NGO. Under this organization, he has organized several Environmental protection and awareness events i.e., Plantation, conservation of rainwater, eradication of single-use plastic, and Swachh Bharat. He is also a motivational speaker and conducted many motivational programs in various educational institutions on soft skills, life skills, communication skills and career guidance, free distribution of Books, setting up libraries, Rural innovation, start-ups,He has been a resource person for NSS, NCC Scouts, and NYK programs. He was also honored with India's prestigious National Youth Award in 2017-18 by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports Government of India in recognition of his exemplary work in the field of social service. He is an active life member of the Indian red cross
He obtained his MA in English and Ph.D in English Literature from Kakatiya university Warangal Telangana.He has presented his research papers in various national and international seminars and his articles have been published in various reputed journals.currently he works as an English Assistant professor at Vaagdevi Engineering College Warangal, Telangana State, His Vision and mission are to transform rural youth into future leaders.
