Unthawad is a village in Yawal in Jalgaon district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 21 kilometres (13 mi) from sub district headquarter and 26 kilometres (16 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1]

Demography[edit | edit source]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 273 houses and a population of 1162 of which 599 are males while 563 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 144 people are from Schedule Caste and 243 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
