Tulipa clusiana, the Lady's tulip, or the Pepper Mintstick[1] is an Asian species of tulip. It is native to Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq, Pakistan and the western Himalayas. Within Pakistan it is the Provincial flower of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
