Article message box allowing custom warning text and optional date (ISPR-funded use case).

Template parameters

Parameter		Description	Type	Status
Body text	text	Custom message body to display inside the warning box. If omitted, a default ISPR-funded message is used. Example This organisation is alleged to be funded by ISPR; see sources.	String	optional
Date	date	Date the tag was added, in dd-mm-yyyy format. Example 25-09-2025	String	suggested

Usage

Basic with default text:

With date:

• With custom text (recommended parameter name: text):

  • Override message box type (advanced):

    • Parameters

      text

      Custom body text for the notice. If omitted, a default ISPR message is shown. Required for fully custom wording.

      date

      Optional dd-mm-yyyy string appended as “(Date: …)”.

      type

      Optional Ambox type (notice, content, style, cleanup, protection, move). Defaults to "notice".

      Notes

      • Built on ; intended for article namespace. For other namespaces, consider or instead.
      • Ensure claims are verifiable and comply with policies before tagging pages at scale.

      Usage

      Place at the top of an article:

      Unnamed parameter:

      • 1 — Date in dd-mm-yyyy format when the tag was added. Optional.

      Parameters

      Date string in dd-mm-yyyy format (e.g., 25-09-2025). Optional; if omitted, the "(Date: ...)" suffix is suppressed.

      Notes

      • Built on and inherits its styling; use in article namespace. Template:Ambox
      • For other namespaces, consider or variants.
      • Ensure claims are verifiable and comply with content policies.
