Denotes a file hosted at Bharatpedia that could be moved to Bharatmedia Commons, but shouldn't be, as it would not be of use beyond the English Bharatpedia.

It is strictly for free, non-article images that were uploaded for a specific Bharatpedia project-related purpose, and would not be of any other use. A prime example would be a screenshot for use in a discussion.
