Ishvara Gita is from Kurma Purana. It is a textbook of Pashupata yoga in Dvarpa Yuga.

Shiva Gita belongs to Padma Purana. It is a dialogue between Shiva and Rama, the incarnation of Vishnu, that took place in Treta Yuga.
