Surinder Kumar Dawar (born 28 April 1951)[1] is an Indian politician and a member of INC. In 2017, he was elected as the member of the Punjab Legislative Assembly from Ludhiana Central.[2]

He won the Ludhiana Central on a INC ticket, he beat the member of the Punjab Legislative Assembly Gurdev Sharma Debi of the BJP by over 20480 votes.[3][4]
