Sri Thenkalai Srinivasa Perumal Koil is one of the oldest and prestigious temples in Pondicherry situated in (Mahatma Gandhi Road) Muthialpet, about 2 km from the shore of the Bay of Bengal. This temple was constructed in early 1800 A.D.

This temple faces east, main god is Lord Vishnu.
