::::::You are not seeing the draft option because you are in the autoconfirmed user group so if you still want to create new articles through the draft namespace you can simply visit [[Wikipedia:Article wizard/CreateDraft|Article wizard/CreateDraft]] and follow the instructions there. In regard to moving articles, there was an error and it has been fixed so you will be now able to move articles if not, then please let me know. I will look at your creations soon. Happy editing.
