After harsh confrontations on Rancho by Farhan and Raju's parents, the hungry trio gatecrash a wedding and meet Virus' younger daughter Pia ([[Kareena Kapoor]]), only later realising that the wedding is for Pia's older sister Mona ([[Mona Singh]]). An infuriated Virus warns Farhan and Raju about the effects of them being friends with Rancho, pointing out the modest financial situations of their families. While Farhan remains loyal to Rancho, Raju is provoked to move into the room of Chatur, an arrogant, competitive student believing in rote memorization, who is born in Uganda and studied in [[Pondicherry]]. He is nicknamed "Silencer" by the students as he consumes some antacid pills and farts off in a silent and yet lethal way.

While Farhan remains loyal to Rancho, Raju is provoked to move into the room of Chatur, an arrogant, competitive student believing in rote memorization, who is born in Uganda and studied in [[Pondicherry]]. He is nicknamed "Silencer" by the students as he consumes some memory-enhancing pills and farts off in a silent and yet lethal way.

Determined to teach Chatur a lesson about rote memorization and also show Raju his real character, Rancho and Farhan secretly make obscene modifications (like "chamatkar" (serve) to "balatkar" (screw) and "dhan" (money) to "stan" (bossoms)) to the script of Chatur's Teachers' Day speech dedicated to Virus. However, Raju still remains unconvinced. After a disastrous speech before the teachers, Virus, and the Education Minister R.D. Tripathi (Atul Tiwari), the embarrassed and furious Chatur makes the bet with Rancho to see who will end up more successful after 10 years.
